Rome’s architecture is a dream for any photographer. From the Colosseum to the quiet ruins hidden between narrow alleys, the city blends grandeur with decay in the most cinematic way. Golden-hour light transforms ancient stone into warm, glowing subjects, making even a simple walk feel like photographing a living history book. What surprised me most was the effortless style of everyday Romans. Chic coats, tailored suits, statement sunglasses—Rome’s streets felt like an ongoing fashion editorial. Even candid shots looked intentional. The contrast between modern style and ancient backdrops created some of my favourite frames of the entire trip.
